This year’s CRM survey analysis looks at how your CRM can help fundraising during and post Covid-19.

"Staying in touch while keeping your distance" is the title of Fundraising Magazine's article analysing their 2020 CRM survey results. It's a snappy title, and an interesting article, so we've sought permission to reprint the key findings here.
