How do I migrate my data to Beacon?

Beacon is easy to set up yourself, but if you would like some expert help you can work with our Solutions Partners or the Beacon Implementations team.

Do your prices include training?

In-app chat and email support is available on all plans. Our online Lighthouse training is also available for free.

Do your prices include support?

Yes. With Beacon's live chat you can get hold of a real human whenever you need one. No more submitting support tickets - just have a quick chat with one of our experts who can get you on track.

Our customer success team is targetted on getting back to you within 5 minutes of you reaching out to us and there's no extra cost for our award-winning customer service. This is available to all Beacon users on all plans.

You also have access to our comprehensive guide and tutorials program, Lighthouse.

Do you charge fees to collect payments on Beacon forms?

No, there are no fees payable to Beacon to collect payments via a Beacon form. Our payment providers (Stripe, GoCardless, and PayPal) will charge you a fee to process your payments, but Beacon will not charge anything else. Gift Aid processing does not incur any fees, either.

Do we have to sign an annual contract?

Nope! Most Beacon customers are on rolling monthly contracts. Each month, we'll bill your credit card in-line with our fair billing policy. You can cancel at any time.

If you'd prefer to be billed annually via invoice, you can change your billing frequency to handle this.

What are my payment options - credit card and/or invoicing?

We process all credit card payments securely using Stripe. If you're on an annual plan then we can invoice you annually. Paying annually comes with a 10% discount. You can find out more about paying for Beacon annually in our fair billing policy.

Do you respond to "Request for Proposals" (RFPs)?

For larger projects, we're happy to discuss! But we'd love to give you a demo, discuss pricing, and answer any questions you have!

Our sales team is small, and we've chosen to focus on building a fantastic, great-value product, and providing stellar support to help you succeed.

Do you offer discounts for read-only users?

Yes, read-only users don't count towards your user limit on any plan. You can find out more about how read-only users work here.

If I want to switch on a feature or change plan at a later date, how will I be billed?

You will be billed pro-rata for your usage of the new feature. Learn more about how we handle this in our fair billing policy.

My team would like to cancel our subscription. Can we get a refund?

You can choose to cancel your Beacon subscription at any time by contacting us. You will not be billed again after we've cancelled your subscription.

We do not offer refunds.
