Nope! Most Beacon customers are on rolling monthly contracts. Each month, we'll bill your credit card in-line with our fair billing policy. You can cancel at any time.
If you'd prefer to be billed annually via invoice, you can change your billing frequency to handle this.
We process all credit card payments securely using Stripe. If you're on an annual plan then we can invoice you annually. Paying annually comes with a 10% discount. You can find out more about paying for Beacon annually in our fair billing policy.
Yes. We have flexible pricing options for your part-time users on the Professional and Premium plans.

Yes! Read-only licences are free. Each full-time licences gives you 10 read-only licences. You can find more information about the restrictions of read-only users here.

In-app chat and email support is available on all plans. If you'd like in-depth training then our in-house customer success team can help you. We have a standard day rate of £150 (plus VAT) per 2 hour session. You can find out more about our available services on our Implementations page.
You can add and remove Beacon users whenever you want. You'll only be billed for the time used. Learn more about how we handle this in our fair billing policy.
You can choose to cancel your Beacon subscription at any time by contacting us. You will not be billed again after we've cancelled your subscription.
