Duplicate records are baaaaaaad. Sorry Dolly.
With Duplicate Record Handling you can search your Beacon database for those pesky duplicates that have snuck in. Finding and fixing duplicate records has never been simpler.
When filtering records (e.g. people), you can use the is not unique option to find records that have duplicate values.
When you find duplicates, you can merge them to keep your data nice and tidy:

With Smart Bcc you can log emails to people's timelines. Keep track of those important emails anywhere - Smart Bcc works with all email providers.
Just include your unique Beacon email in the Bcc field when you send an important email and the email text will appear in that person's Beacon timeline. You can choose whether you want to keep this email to yourself or share it with your wider team.
