We've changed the terminology around how records are deleted in Beacon to make things clearer. There's no change in functionality, but we'll no longer talk about archiving records, we'll talk about deleting them.
You can now filter the different kinds of stories on a timeline. Use the checkboxes to choose the different things you would like to see.
You'll also notice that it's now possible to include an organisation's timeline on a person's timeline, and vice versa! This is a special feature available on Person and Organisation records.
You can now sort and search lists in a few different sections in Beacon:
Click the arrow to the right of a column title to sort by that column, and you can search from the box in the top right.
This makes it much easier to organise these things!
We've been working really hard behind the scenes to completely redesign and rebuild Beacon's billing system. This isn't very glamorous work, but we think it's really important and we think this means that we can offer much better value to everyone. We're currently contacting all of our customers to get you switched over to our new billing system. You can read more about the changes here.
You might have clocked something a little incredulous about our 1st of April product announcement. Sorry to those of you who we managed to get hook, line, and sinker - but thanks for being such good sports! The group is only available to Beacon customers.
We're currently in Beta testing of our new Enthuse integration - expect a release announcement shortly! We're also making improvements to how Beacon handles relationships.
