Now that you know your way around Beacon, it's time to invite your team to see your good work.
While it can be good fun to invite your entire team straight away, we recommend getting started with just a few of your colleagues. That way you can customise Beacon as a smaller team before getting everyone in on the Beacon experience.
How you invite your team member depends on if you're:

Inviting team members to Beacon during your trial

- Go to the Team members page (You can find it in your sidebar under Settings)

- Click the big yellow Invite button

- Enter your colleague's name and email address
- Optional - Tick the Make your team member an admin? box if you'd like them to have full access to customising the database and changing settings (you can always adjust it later)
- Select the role you are assigning them from the dropdown list. If you want to edit permissions, or add a new role, go to Roles and permissions in your Settings.

New team members will be sent a link to the email address you've entered - this will be the email they'll use to sign into Beacon.

- Click the big yellow Manage Licences button. If you already have unused licences or you want to add a read-only team member then skip to step 4.

- Use the + buttons to add a new licence for your new team member

- Back on the Team members page, click the big yellow Invite button

- Enter your colleague's name and email address
- Optional - Tick the Make your team member an admin? box if you'd like them to have full access to customising the database and changing settings (you can always adjust it later)
- Select the role you are assigning them from the dropdown list. If you want to edit permissions, or add a new role, go to Roles and permissions in your Settings.
- Select the licence that you are assigning them to from the dropdown list.

New team members will need to sign up with the same email address that the invite was sent to.
